Ravela Thai (the "app") is operated by AI ORCA LTD (Scotland, company no. SC884036). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Give accurate information when you sign up.
Ravela includes a community where you can post and comment. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or spam. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
We provide tools to report content, block other members, and filter offensive language, and we may remove any content and suspend or delete any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion and without notice. Reports are reviewed and acted on. To report something or contact us, email support@aiorca.co.uk.
You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a licence to host and display it within the app so the community works. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
Some features require a paid membership. Web subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Prices, inclusions and any free tier may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Where you buy through a third-party app store, that store's purchase and refund terms also apply.
We work hard to make our Thai lessons accurate and natural, but the app is a learning aid, not a guarantee of fluency or a substitute for a qualified teacher. Use your judgement, especially for anything important.
We aim to keep the app available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
